Dan Dunn is the owner, creator, salesman, bookkeeper, laborer and the chief bottle washer of “My Secret Garden”. (Does this sound familiar) ?  Dan is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and has lived in the Tampa Bay area of Florida for over 23 years. Dan is married to Christine Dunn, who is an 8th grade Middle School Science Teacher in Tampa, Florida. 

The Company, “My Secret Garden” started out in  late Spring of 2007. Not sure if his bird feeders would sell, Dan signed up for a small art & craft festival in the Tampa Bay area. To his relief it was a great success, he sold 24 units out of the 33 he brought to the show. To date Dan has participated in over 130 + shows and currently sells hundreds of his products each month throughout Florida & the Southeastern U.S.  Since that first show he has expanded his product line to include not only bird feeders but also bird baths, herb pots, butterfly feeders and colorful hand painted gourd birdhouses.

In the Fall of 2009 My Secret Garden started offering exclusive area protections and wholesale pricing to wild bird specialty supply  stores, unique gift shops and garden centers. My Secret Garden takes on only about a dozen new stores a year to strike a balance between the Art & Craft Shows and his wholesale business assuring that customer service and branding are not diminished.
